HOW TO RECRUIT EFFORTLESSLY AND BUILD A GLOBAL TEAM FASTER

 

In network marketing one of the major challenges people encounter is how to recruit people into their business. I had this challenge when I started my network marketing business over 6 years ago but over time I have learnt recruitment skills that has helped me build a global team. I will be sharing some of those skills that I have learnt and some I am currently using.

  1. Desire The Kind of Team You Would Like To Build.
  2. Have a NO MATTER WHAT ATTITUDE
  3. Make People Feel Great About Themselves
  4. Be Discipline
  5. Network on Purpose
  6. Do a Creative And Strategic Prospecting
  7. Close a Sale by Following Up and Following Through On Your Prospects.
  8. Posture

 

  1. DESIRE THE KIND OF TEAM YOU WANT TO BUILD: The bible says write the vision down make it plain that he who reads it will run with it. What kind of team would you like to have? What kind of network marketing organization would you like to build? Would you like to be a top earner in your network marketing organization? Would you want to see your team members become top earners in your organization as well? How much would you want to earn weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually? Write it down. There is power in a written vision!! Once you have written it down, believe you can achieve it, visualize yourself achieving it, and think of the lifestyle you will be living because you earn that amount annually. Think of the causes you would support because you are a top earner in your organization, think of how impactful you will be in your immediate environment and the society at large. Once you can see these things with your hindsight, then get to work on it.

 

  1. HAVE A ‘NO MATTER WHAT ATTITUDE’: This attitude helps you accepts rejection with a smile. When you present an opportunity to someone and the person says NO, please note that they don’t hate you, they are not saying no to you but to themselves because they are not ready for that opportunity at that particular time, or they are afraid of the unknown therefore, do not let their No get on you!!! I have personally met people who once told me NO about an opportunity, but later joined and grew the business with me. I have also said NO to someone in my current organization… but I later came back to the person to build the business after 3 years and am building my empire there. Therefore, accept NO with pride but keep them on your active candidate list (Name List). A NO today, could be a YES in another few months time, or years so long as you keep in touch.

 

  1. MAKE PEOPLE FEEL AMAZING ABOUT THEMSELVES: As a network marketing professional, you must have the attraction factor. The more people feel good about themselves around you due to the way you treat and motivate them, the more they would want to spend more time with you. Learn to always compliment people, always give a smile, and be a beckon of hope for people. You have friends on social media, celebrate them on their special days such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries, arrival of a new baby in their family all other celebration they might have. Be caring to people and people will appreciate that, As people feel good about themselves around you they are attracted to do business with you.

 

  1. BE DISCIPLINE: If you want to achieve greater results in your network marketing business, you must do things differently. You must be disciplined; you must set clear goals and work on them without giving any excuses. You must treat your business as a business in order for your business to pay you as a business. You must be diligent in your work; you must schedule for all your activities and duplicate same with your team. One of the keys to a successful network marketing career is If you have promised to call someone in order to follow up on them, then ensure you make that call, if it’s a physical appointment; ensure you show up on time as schedule. If you promised yourself some personal development such as reading a book, attend a live or online event, training and so on, ensure you do it. People do what you do and not what you say. When your team members see your discipline and culture in the team they will duplicate same. The more discipline you are with your business, the more positive results you will get from your business.

 

  1. NETWORK ON PURPOSE: I often hear ignorant people say things like, I don’t like network marketing, is it about bringing people? I can’t talk to people, and so on… The truth is that we network every day without even noticing it. Network marketing didn’t start today. Infact, Jesus Christ was the first ever networker. He came into the world, went into the streets and strategically networked, he got 12 people who decided to join him in his mission, he did this one at a time, he trained them, mentored them, and when the time was right he sent them out to network others. Today, we have Christianity and we are still preaching the gospel of salvation; it all started from one man. My question to you is if Jesus Christ could network, why can’t you? For you to succeed in network marketing there are skills you must master. Interestingly there are loads of materials available both online and off line that can help you master these skills. Be deliberate about everything you do; network on purpose, attend events with the sole aim to connecting with people, utilize the power of the social media and truly socialize with people. When you connect with them keep in touch, add them to your active candidate list (name list) and be friends with them first, people don’t like to be sold to business immediately, so social with them, connect with them, then find a need in their life and fix it, always be a problem solver, a solution provider, that’s what we are as network marketing professionals.  We are here to fix people’s financial, health, or social needs. Therefore, position yourself rightly and connect with people.

 

  1. DO A CREATIVE  AND STRATEGIC PROSPECTING: This is the ability to work smart in your network marketing business. Working smart will ensure you get faster results. Learn to find people who need what you have to offer, and then put yourself in front of them! with this method, your chances of getting a NO from them is very slim because they need what you have to offer, they will be the ones chasing after you to get their solution and not you chasing them. How would you like that feeling? Like I mentioned earlier we are solution providers, we are problem solvers, therefore, we must position ourselves where we can show people that. Find a niche and grow that niche. Money flows naturally to the direction where value is created. Ensure you are creating value.

 

  1. CLOSE A SALE BY FOLLOWING UP AND FOLLOWING THROUGH ON YOUR PROSPECTS: This is one of the most important skills in network marketing. Most people don’t know how to close or ask for sales. They present the opportunity very well but they forget to ask for a commitment from the prospect. After your presentation you ask the prospect questions such as, do you like the idea, what is that you like about the business. Know the questions and the answers!!! Learn to ask the right questions, get them to tell you when exactly they are getting started since they like the idea. Don’t leave them open ended, get an appointment for a next date based on the response they give you and ensure you follow up continuously until they are on board your business . Some prospects can get started immediately which is great!!! I personally love these kinds of results, congratulate them and ensure you support them to get started the right way.

 

  1. POSTURE: People don’t join companies, people join YOU!!! Therefore, be the best Ambassador of YOU and Your Business. Have a great posture for yourself and your business. Building self confidence for yourself and posture is very important in our business. Infact, I believe that this is the most important skill to possess. A great posture attracts. You cannot be sharing a million dollar business idea and you look like a nightmare! No way!! No one is going to join you no matter how fantastic you present. Therefore, have a great posture, carry yourself with pride, love yourself, believe in yourself, look good, and smell nicely. Use your company’s products; be the best ambassador of your company and people will naturally be attracted to you and join you in your business.
